    My Hunsucker line is from Elizabeth Hunsucker b ca 1775 NC/SC who married
Aaron Thomas RS b ca 1776.  They were married ca 1795. She died after 1880 in
Yancey Co, NC and he died ca 1883 Yancey Co, NC.  Both are buried in the
Thoamas Cemetery in Yancey County.

    Her father is reported to be Abraham Hunsucker Jr RS who was resident of
Burke/Yancey Co, NC.  He was in the 1800 census of  Burke County,  He
apparenty changed the name from Hunsinger to Hunsucker.

    Abraham Hunsucker, Abraham Hunsucker Jr and John Hunsucker were all in the
1800 census of Burke County, NC.

    The father of Abraham Jr may have been Michael Hunsinger who may have been
born in Wales per son reports.  He was said to have emmigrated abord the ship
"Briatania sp?".

     I would like to exchange information with anyone with knowledge of these
families.  I have a lot of informaton on the Thomas family but little on
Hunsucker.
