Joy, I read your note, and am just wondering if I sent you the wills that I
have of Abraham C. Hunsucker, and Joseph Hunsuck? They were probably the
first things I got from my brother when I started this hobby.

I know I sent a copy to Jean Hancock who has on her gedcom James E. Hunsucker
with same birthdate as your James. Have you looked at her gedcom on Hunsucker
web?

Anyway, I went over it today, Montgomery Co. and Abraham says"I leave all my
belongings to my children to be devided except the tract of land adjoining GH
Hunsucker and A.A. Hunsucker. 75 acres I give to G.V. Hunsucker. Then goes on
to show A.A. removed his rights. You probably have read this one before. But,
when Abraham C. died in August 26, 1869 he wrote that he wanted John
Hunsucker's two children to live with his wife Elizabeth during her lifetime.
And the childrens names were Elizabeth, and Elizaline.  Remember John H. died
sometime before James.

Heirs of his estate: Elizabeth Hunsucker
                                 G.V. Hunsucker
G.H. Hunsucker He writes using his middle name
Henderson as his first name, which I did
                                 not know the H meant.
                                 William Hunsucker
Mary Harris crossed out and spelled Morris
                                  Sarah Morris
                                  Jane Hunsucker
                                  Catharine Smith!

Other will has Joseph Hunsuck,Catawba, and this is the will my brother got
excited about. Maybe Abel is out ancestor. Abel is written as beneficiary, as
is Nelson, Catharine, Jamima, and Sally, and Catharine Miller..This is signed
in prescence of A. Smith and E. Cline, Sept. 1875.

Then there is a scrap which was on back of will, and it was sent with will.
Shows "before grand jury, David Drum 5.00"  Terry Sigmon, Lewis Yount
David Bunkby, 2 days 16 miles 6th Sept, 1875 Rebecca Killian to Elcanah Drum
all these people link together to prove Joseph's family ties.

I just wanted to send this info to you in case you dont' have. I will send
copies of originals if you are interested.

I still have to laugh, and burst out laughing when I saw "Lynn's web site"
Lord almighty! Help me Jesus!

Love ya

Lynn
