WILL OF A.C. HUNSUCKER (signed Abram C. Hunsucker)
2 August 1869, Montgomery Co., N.C.

In the name of God Amen. I A.C. Hunsucker of the County of Montgomery, in the
State of North Carolina, conscious of he uncertainty of Human life and having
a desire that what little of worldly substance I have been blessed with
should be properly disposed of after my decease have thought propre to make
such distribution of the same as to me seems proper and right.  First of all
I commend my soul to the great God who gave it and the desire that my body be
decently and properly buried, and all of my just debts paid. If there be any
unpaid at the time of my decease and it is my desire that my beloved wife
Elizabeth Hunsucker have all of my personal and Real Property during her
lifetime, and after her decease equally among my children if any left. Except
one tract of land adjoining G.H. and A.A. Hunsucker containing seventy-five
acres more or less I give to G.V. Hunsucker after the death of my wife and
execute this my last will and testament.

In whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2nd day of August in the
year of our Lord, 1869.

I further request that John Hunsucker('s) two children Elizabeth, and Eliza
live with my wife during her lifetime.

Special Conditions of the will: The children of John Hunsucker are to live
with Elizabeth, wife. Names: Elizabeth and Eliza, (these are grandchildren,
indicated by will)

Also: Property of estate to go to wife, Elizabeth, during her lifetime, then
equally divided between children, EXCEPT A 75 acre parcel of land,
adjoining-and between that land of G.H. and A.A. Hunsucker-the 75 acres to go
immediately to G.V. Hunsucker.

A.A. did resign as Administrator and the court did appoint G. H. Hunsucker as
sole administrator.
