Subject: George Hunsaker
Hi Adrian, I am a decendent of Andrew Husaker, my grandfather was George
Hunsaker b.6 Feb 1871 in Kirksville Mo. He md. Amelia Klingensmith 18 Feb.
1892. Murtle Lillian b. 5 Dec. 1892 is my grandmother.
The Fransis Miser listed in the 1870 Adair Co. census with John M. Oldham,
is George Hunsakers mother. We asummed that the John Miser in the 1860 Adair
co mo census, is the father of Fransis Miser. Absolum is the father of
George. We have the court house records where John Oldham was trying to sue
Absolum for impregnating Fransis Miser. When I seen the Oldhams in your
Moore Co. ( which I have done no research on) Hunsucker files, I just had to
write. I have not done anything on the Hunsaker files for so long ( since my
husband retired, 5 years ago) it is so well documented from the Mormon
church, not much more I can do on them, when they have so many Mormons
researching. But I still like to corospond with Hunsaker researchers. I
wrote to many family members ( before computers) for so long and scraped
togeather that puzzle that haunted us for years. No one wanted to say that
George was born out of wedlock, just that he was one of the Hunsaker boys.
lolo Well, I still have not proven that the John Miser is in fact, Fransis's
father, but he was the only one that fit the best, and, she was in his
household, but thats another time. I really enjoyed reading your files. Have
a Merry Xmas
