      In terms of fame and drama(at least in Texas),  the surname of
BEVERLY PARKS ALLEN is so overshadowed by his wife's that the ladies
will go first. If your value system runs to prominence and wealth, then
one of the two remarkable things Great Grandfather Allen did was to
marry well. I'll discuss the other- a real winner in terms of this
