              WILL OF HEYE ADEN

      Heye was residing in Bensom, Woodford County, Illinois at the time
of his death "on or about the sixth day of April, 1894. " The will is
recorded in Book C, Woodford County, 1892-1898, pages 186-188. The court
appointed Herman J. Piez to translate the document as it was written in
German. Witnesses to the will, dated October 24, 1892 and filed May 7,
1894 were A. H. Brubaker and Thomas Backer, both of Benson, Woodford
County, Illinois. Spelling, capitalization and punctuation are as
recorded from Woodford County records.

      IN THE NAME OF MY GOD, AMEN

              I, HEYE J. ADEN,
        Knowing that life of man is uncertain I make herewith my last
will and Testament, after all my debts are paid, I
   1st Will to my beloved wife all she is to receive by law.

   2nd To my oldest Daughter Ella Aden $2,000 of which she is only to
receive the interest. During her lifetime and after her death the above
$2,000 that to be divided between the then living children. 

    3rd all other Property outside of the $2000 shall be divided among
my other living children, except my oldest son, John Aden, who is dead
shalll not be heir. 

    It is also my wish that the son of my Daughter Antje, by the name of
John Aden, shall share in the estate the same as my other children.

    And lastly it is my wish that my son Mimke Aden shall lbe my
administrator and all other Will heretofore made I declare void, all of
the above I testify to be my last Will and Testament.  this Oct. 24th
1892
